Stripped: A Queer Assembly
Im Rahmen des Austausch-Programms 4EXCHANGE+ arbeiten Quindell Orton (München) & Bas van der Kruk im EinTanzHaus. Bei der Residenzpräsentation erhält das Publikum Einblicke in die Arbeit an der Produktion Stripped: A Queer Assembly, die das Team folgendermaßen beschreibt:
"Stripped: A Queer Assembly reimagines gendered and sexualised movement and uses silicone prosthetics and body collage to queer the bodies. By queering gestures from striptease, bodybuilding, social media trends and pop culture, we try to disrupt binaries. A hybrid format invites audiences—live and online—to shape the performance, blurring lines between ‘real’ and ‘artificial’, observer and participant. Drawing on the charged dynamics of stag and hen parties, we explore consent, spectacle, and queer exposure as both vulnerability and power—proposing striptease as a radical site of transformation."
