Ursula Frenz

 

Ursula Frenz is the commissioner for matters relating to disabled persons for the City of Mannheim. As such, she is responsible for developing the action plan for implementing the UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, initiates support and networking projects and provides technical support to clubs, organisations and the city administration.
Until summer 2016 Ursula Frenz worked as a special advisor in the community inclusion advisory centre at the Baden-Württemberg Association of Cities and Towns with the task of complementing and supporting communities in implementing the UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities. Ursula Frenz brings experience from various areas: as a long-serving employee in  Baden-Württemberg state network for citizen participation, as manager of a residential facility for disabled assistance and from the education sector.
